Job Description: We are looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-focused Personal Assistant to assist in data and document management for our client’s real estate operations. This role focuses on supporting daily administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, updating Excel sheets, organizing files on Google Drive, tracking inventory, and uploading listings to property platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Property Listings: Post, update, and maintain property listings on various platforms.
· Property Search: Able to search listings from other property platforms based on client’s requirement.
· Social Media Marketing: Assist with content posting, basic editing, and maintaining online presence.
· Admin Tasks: Manage documents, update forms, organize Google Drive folders, and track records.
· WhatsApp Broadcasts: Support in preparing and sending targeted broadcasts to clients.
· Media Support: Perform basic photo and video editing for property media.
· Ensure accuracy and organization in all tasks assigned.
Requirements:
· Must be fluent in English.

· Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, online platforms).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Clipchamp).
· Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/PC.

· Prior experience as a virtual assistant or admin is a plus.

Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience as a Telemarketer, BPO or customer care centre.

· Proficient in WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets/Docs, Excel, Google Drive, online property platforms.
· Own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.
· Ability to work during Singapore office hours (9 AM to 6 PM)
· Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Clipchamp).
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
· Must be available on the phone and online during working hours.
